“Prior to our arrival it is helpful if you remove larger debris such as rubbish and hair clips. Vacuuming is not essential but can lead to a heightened cleaning outcome. Please move furniture if you would like the area under the furniture to be cleaned. Where possible it would be greatly appreciated if you could leave a parking space available close to your premises as our technician may need to run hoses and equipment inside. Also, be sure to point out any areas of concern such as stains or odours to your technician. This will help your tech determine the appropriate cleaning or repair methods to use on the different areas. You can find more detailed information here About Your Booking”

Regular vacuuming is one of the best things you can do to keep your carpet well maintained and it will also produce the best possible result from a professional clean too. Just like a lot of other maintenance activities, doing it regularly is the key. Every now and then take a little extra time with your vacuuming and allow your vacuum cleaner time to lift the carpet pile, agitate it and remove the soils. Alternate your cleans using different angles against the carpet pile. Most soils are dry and can be removed properly if vacuumed regularly and properly.
Also, spills should be treated as soon as possible to avoid staining.
