When leaving a rental property, you want to have as much of your bond returned as possible. We will work alongside you to help make that happen.
Unfortunately, with the realities of everyday living, sometimes we create stains of a more permanent nature that we know won’t come out in the steam cleaning process.
A common example of this is with pet contamination and some types of coloured stains.
However, not all may be lost as sometimes they can be successfully addressed with specialised products and treatments by a professional who has been specially trained in this area.

There was a stain that I just accepted was never going to come out, but it did (it was made by my daughter leaving her slime on the lounge just FYI in case future customers ask if slime stains come out). It was like day and night, or maybe I should say it was like night and day… an old 7 seat lounge setting from the early 70s, possibly recovered once in that time, very dirty and soiled was transformed in to a lovely very clean setting… great job, great price and great bloke running his Townsville business.. 5 Stars????

Rowan did an amazing job on my couches after they’d been in storage for over a year. He even managed to get some marks out that I had accepted were part of the family! At a great price with a friendly personality I could not recommend him enough.

Amazing! I’ve used a few carpet cleaners in Townsville and Nice Threads were the best by a long shot. My carpets came up so clean. They’ve always been on time and are lovely people to deal with. Highly recommend them!
